Cancellation Policy

Students can cancel a booked tutoring session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are available only for prepaid sessions that were not conducted.
• Requests must be submitted via email at info@globgrade.com.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Service Issues

If a tutor fails to provide the agreed service, students should contact GlobeGrade support immediately. We will review the case and provide a suitable resolution, including potential rescheduling or refund.
